Located directly beside the pool at Artika Natura in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria, you’ll find our very own Artika Café & Bistro, a well-stocked bar with a friendly team always ready for a chat, while you enjoy a drink in the sun. Whether you choose a fresh cup of coffee, an ice-cold draft beer, a glass of wine, or a delicious homemade cocktail, there’s something for everyone at the Bistro.
The menu, fresh, varied, and for every taste
Artika’s Bistro offers extensive lunch options with a varied menu available until 6:00 PM. Be sure to take a look during your stay and experience the culinary delights for yourself. Our chef regularly works with seasonal, local ingredients from Gran Canaria.
What’s on the menu?
- Bread & baguettes: A wide selection of freshly baked baguettes with various toppings, light and tasty as a snack or a full lunch in the sun.
- Salads: A broad range of fresh, colorful salads. Light, refreshing, and perfect for a warm day in Maspalomas.
- Hot dishes: Think fried eggs (Dutch-style), pizzas, and seasonal specials. And for our Dutch guests: frikandellen and kroketten are, of course, part of the menu.

The bar, from coffee to cocktails
Artika Café & Bistro is also a welcoming bar. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee, enjoy an ice-cold draft beer after a morning swim, or end the afternoon with one of our homemade cocktails. The atmosphere at the pool bar is warm and social, many guests get to know each other here. That’s exactly the experience that makes Artika Natura so special.
Location & opening hours
Artika Café & Bistro is located right next to the pool, in the heart of our resort. You hardly need to leave your sunbed to place an order. The bistro kitchen is open until 6:00 PM and the bar closes at 7:00 PM. Thanks to Artika Natura’s central location in Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, you’ll also find plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
