The Meloneras lighthouse
A 10-minute walk from Artika Natura stands the Faro de Maspalomas, a lighthouse from 1890 that's still in use today. It's one of the most photographed spots on Gran Canaria, and an ideal place to watch the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean. Around the lighthouse you'll find perfumeries, jewelers, and boutiques. Along the waterfront of the Paseo de las Meloneras are beach bars and grill restaurants, and for something special, you can catch a film at the Moonlight Cinema under the starry sky.
Maspalomas Golf Course
Golf lovers are in seventh heaven at Artika Natura. The Maspalomas Golf Course is just a 6-minute walk from our resort and borders directly on the dune nature reserve, a unique setting with views of palm trees and the sea. The course is considered one of the most beautiful in the Canary Islands, with 18 holes set in a subtropical landscape full of flora. Both beginners and experienced golfers are warmly welcome.
